The Public team has extensive experience in arbitration, procedural and judicial administrative litigation, with a particular focus on the areas of Urban Planning, Public Procurement, Civil Service and Non-Contractual Civil Liability of the State, as well as specialised legal advice to public and private entities.
We act on behalf of Clients in the defense of their interests in negotiation processes or eventual disputes in all areas of Public and Competition Law. In a close and active manner, we permanently follow the guidelines, projects and decisions of the regulatory authorities.
The Public team, whenever necessary in coordination with the other teams, provides counsultancy on projects and operations and in issuing legal opinions and information.
