Carlos de Almeida Travassos joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2024, where he works mainly in the field of Public Law.
He graduated in Law from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra and also as a post-graduate degree in the General Law of Employment in Public Functions and in Public Procurement from the same institution.
He was the founder of a geospatial intelligence start-up applied to urban development law from 2020 to 2024.
