Diogo Gaspar Sequeira joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2024, where he works mainly in the areas of Privacy, Digital and Technology and Intellectual Property.
He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University (Porto). He also completed the CS50x - Computer Science for Lawyers course at Harvard University.
He won the FDUCP EssayCompetition: ‘New Technologies - Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms’, with his article: ‘Challenges for Public Regulation in the Digital Age: The Role of Digital Platforms as “Private Legislators”’.
