Flávia Silva Oliveira joined Cerejeira Namora Marinho Falcão in 2023, where she works mainly in the Civil, Criminal and Administrative Offenses and Litigation practice areas.
She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Lusíada University of Lisbon and is currently attending a Master's programme in Legal and Criminal Sciences at the same institution. She is currently working on her dissertation on "Combating exogenous violence in sport - An analysis of Law 39/2009 of 30 July".
During her academic career, she participated in several events and conferences, namely: "Family Law and Minors' Law: what rights in the 21st century?" (2014); "XIX Tax Days: "Limits to taxation" (2015); "The Family in Civil, Criminal and Tax Law" (2015); "A Civil Code for Europe: possible implementation?" (2015); "XX Tax Days: "Controversies in Tax Law" (2016); "International Commemorative Conference: 50 years of the Civil Code" (2016); and "XXI Tax Days: Tax - Current Issues" (2017).
She began her professional career in the insurance sector, as a Reporting Technician at Zurich Insurance Plc - Portugal Branch, where she organised various training courses on the General Data Protection Regulation and took part in various projects in the area of digital, technology and innovation in the development of products, systems and services.
