Silva Oliveira

Flávia Silva Oliveira joined Cerejeira Namora Marinho Falcão in 2023, where she works mainly in the Civil, Criminal and Administrative Offenses and Litigation practice areas.

She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Lusíada University of Lisbon and completed the first year of a Master's degree in Legal and Criminal Sciences at the same institution.

During her academic career, she participated in several events and conferences, namely:

• "XXI Tax Days: Tax - Current Issues" (2017);
• "International Commemorative Conference: 50 years of the Civil Code" (2016);
• "XX Tax Days: "Controversies in Tax Law" (2016);
• "A Civil Code for Europe: possible implementation?" (2015);
• "The Family in Civil, Criminal and Tax Law" (2015);
• "XIX Tax Days: "Limits to taxation" (2015);
• "Family Law and Minors' Law: what rights in the 21st century?" (2014);

She began her professional career in the insurance sector, as a Reporting Technician at Zurich Insurance Plc - Portugal Branch, where she organised various training courses on the General Data Protection Regulation and took part in various projects in the area of digital, technology and innovation in the development of products, systems and services.

She also completed complementary courses, including:

• Course on compliance with the appropriate qualification requirements for insurance companies in the Life and Non-Life sectors, promoted by APS (2020);
• Design Thinking for Innovation Course, promoted by CECOA (2021)

Later, Flávia joined the team of Mazzeo Advogados, where she worked in the area of Migration Law.
