Margarida M. Pereira joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2021, where she works in the Labour law area.
She holds a Master's degree in Law with a specialisation in Legal-Civil Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where she also graduated in 2021.
She is currently attending the 10th Edition of the Postgraduate Course in Labour and Social Security Law at the Portuguese Catholic University.
During her academic career, she was a member of Course Committees and took part in student associations, such as ELSA, the Debating Society of the University of Porto, IMPAC'TU, and was also a member of the Pedagogical Council of the faculty she attended.
During her degree, she also took part in various complementary training programmes in different areas of law, such as Intellectual Property, Competition and Civil Law.
