Souto e Silva

Ana Souto e Silva joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2010, where she works in the Civil, Banking and Finance and Litigation practice areas.

She holds a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Contract and Company Law from the Law School of the University of Minho. Ana also has diversified complementary training, namely:

• Advanced training in General Data Protection Regulation, by Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University

Founding member of Iuris FDUP Junior - Association of Young Lawyers of FDUP and of the Federation of Junior Companies of Portugal. Ana was also President of the Board of Directors of Iuris FDUP Junior - Association of Young Lawyers of FDUP and highlighted as an honorary member of Iuris FDUP Junior - Association of Young Lawyers of FDUP.
