Clara de Sousa Alves joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2018, where she works mainly in the Employement area. Her registration is currently suspended due to taking up a parliamentary seat in the 16th Parliament.
She has a law degree from Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique and a master's degree in private law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto, with a thesis on "Civil liability and its punitive function: a solution to the diversion of corporate business opportunities?".
She is a guest lecturer at the same institution where she studied, UPT - Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, where she will teach Labour Law as part of the Corporate Law course in the Management degree.
