Juliana Pereira Covinha joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2022, where she works mainly in the Real Estate, Tourism and Construction and in the Civil areas.
She has a Law degree from the University of Minho and a Master's degree in Law and Legal Practice, specialising in Civil Law, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She presented a thesis on "Alimentos devidos a pais e filhos maiores”.
She has a postgraduation degree in Real Estate Law from the Private Law Research Centre, having presented her final work on the subject: "A prevalência do Direito de Retenção do Promitente-Comprador face à Hipoteca: será o Decreto-Lei n.º 48/2024 de 25 de Julho uma resposta às críticas do passado?"
In her academic career, as well as having had experience as a trainee at another law firm, she also completed a Summer Internship at Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2021. She has also completed extracurricular training and workshops in various areas of law, most notably the Short Course in Civil Procedure Practices.
