Rubina Freitas joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2023, where she works in the Civil, Real Estate, Tourism & Construction and Litigation practice areas.
She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Nova University of Lisbon.
She completed her internship at the law firm Paulo Silva & Associados, having, after passed her bar examinations, joined the same firm, where she became a junior partner between 2019 and 2022. In 2022, Rubina headed to Funchal, where she joined the law firm Mazzeo Advogados.
Rubina has also completed additional courses, including:
- Advanced Training Course, "New legal regime for the recovery and insolvency of companies and individuals", organized by the Legal and Judiciary Training Unit (UNIFOJ), coordinated by José Manuel Branco, Public Prosecutor, which took place on the 25th and 26th of May, 2018, at CES-LISBOA;
- I Postgraduate Course in Insolvency Law, organized by the Private Law Research Center of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, with the scientific coordination of Professor Doctor António Menezes Cordeiro and Professor Doctor Luís Menezes Leitão, which took place between February 6th and June 26th, 2017, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
