Valter Monteiro joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2024, where he works mainly in the field of Public Law.
He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a Master's degree in Administrative Law from the same institution.
He has also completed various complementary courses, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Procurement Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Employment Law, both offered by CEDIPRE - Center for Studies in Public Law and Regulation - Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
He is the author of several specialized publications and is also a trainer in the areas of Administrative Law and Compliance Officer.
