Barbosa Morais

Pedro Barbosa Morais joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2010, where he works in the Civil, Banking and Finance and Litigation practice areas.

He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and has two Postgraduate Degrees, one in Labour Law, IDET - Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, where he presented the work “Of the challenge of disciplinary sanctions except for dismissal”, and another, in Banking, Stock Exchange and Insurance Law, IDBBS - Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, where he presented the work “Of the SWAP contract (interest rate) ”.

Guest lecturer at the I, II, III and IV Postgraduate Courses in Banking and Securities Law at the Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique.

In 2018, he completed the advanced training in General Data Protection Regulation, from Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University.

At the associative level, he was a Member of the Board of the National Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers (ANJAP).
