Alexandre Jardim joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2025, where he works mainly in Banking and Finance, Venture Capital and Corporate ( M&A and Commercial).
He has a law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon, 1985) and has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1987. Throughout his professional career, he has held legal management positions in the banking sector, most notably at Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento, where he was a member of bodies such as the Board of Directors, the Credit and Risk Board and ALCO. He was also legal advisor to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
He was a partner at Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados and, later, at pbbr.
